1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Twinr.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Twinr.AI is a platform that enables creators to create AI voice clones and text chat experiences for their fans. Fans purchase tokens to interact with creator AIs.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • One account per person; no sharing of accounts

4. Token System

4.1 Token Purchases

  • Tokens are purchased in GBP via Stripe
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Tokens do not expire

4.2 Token Usage

  • Text messages: 1 token to send, 2-3 tokens for AI response
  • Voice calls: 40 tokens per minute (billed per second)
  • 20-token minimum deduction at call start

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Attempt to extract personal information from creators
  • Share explicit or harmful content
  • Attempt to bypass safety filters or abuse prevention systems
  • Use automated tools to interact with the platform
  • Impersonate creators or other users

6. Content Guidelines

AI interactions are monitored for safety. We block content related to:

  • Violence, self-harm, or suicide
  • Sexual content involving minors
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Personal information requests
  • Illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

Creator voices and content remain the property of the respective creators. Twinr.AI retains rights to the platform technology and AI systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Twinr.AI provides the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
