How do I buy tokens?
Visit the Tokens page to purchase token packs. We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe.
Do tokens expire?
No, tokens never expire. Use them whenever you want.
How are voice calls billed?
Voice calls cost 40 tokens per minute, billed per second. A 20-token minimum is deducted at call start.
Can I get a refund?
Token purchases are non-refundable except where required by consumer protection laws. Contact billing@twinr.ai for assistance.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Danger Zone and click "Delete Account". This action is permanent.

Sign up as a creator, complete onboarding, train your voice clone, and you're ready to earn.
