How do tokens work?
Tokens are used to chat with creator AIs. Purchase token packages and use them across all creators. Tokens never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Token purchases are non-refundable, but you can use them anytime with any creator.
How do voice calls work?
Voice calls use tokens at 40 tokens/minute. You'll see a minimum 20 token charge when starting a call.
How do I get started?
Sign up as a creator, upload content for training, record voice samples, and complete onboarding. We'll review and approve your AI.
What's my revenue share?
Creators earn 50% of NET revenue after VAT (20%) and payment processing (2%). Payouts happen monthly via Stripe Connect.
How long does voice training take?
Voice training typically takes 30-60 minutes. You'll receive a notification when your AI is ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. All prices include VAT for UK users.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your payment information.
